The Crucial "A → B → C" Transit Rule
The single most common reason for boarding denial is a round-trip ticket. For example:
- Valid: Los Angeles → Shanghai → Tokyo (A → B → C)
- Valid: London → Beijing → Hong Kong (Hong Kong counts as a third region!)
- INVALID: New York → Beijing → New York (This is a round trip and requires an L visa)

You can freely travel within the designated economic/provincial cluster:
